attentive staff fruit plates helpful suggestion sound proof wall uncomfortable seating fixed a c
the breakfast buffet was a delight. i found such a variety of options and the staff were so attentive. kamran, my personal butler, brought wonderful fruit plates and baklava to my room. he really elevated my stay with helpful suggestions.
the walls were not soundproof, i could clearly hear my neighbors upstairs. the outdoor seating in the suite was not comfortable at all. the a/c was set at 22 degrees and i was unable to change it, it was too warm for my liking.

serious training terrible service
the resort Was pretty laid back, and i found that acceptable. everything i needed Was there.
the front desk staff need some SERIOUS training. i felt i wasn't treated like a Guest. this place is labeled as a luxury hotel, but the service is FAR from it. it's like they've never heard of hospitality, Honestly.
